Manufacturing instructions: 1.Prepare Phase A by combining all ingredients listed under Part A. 2.Heat the solution to 80ºC while stirring. 3.Adjust the pH using the sodium hydroxide water solution as needed. 4.Add Part D ingredients one at a time into the combined mixture of Parts A, B, and C, with continued stirring. 5.Cool the batch slowly while continuing to stir, then add ingredients of Part E.
