Skin lightening Azelaic acid inhibits conversion of tyrosine to melanin and is beneficial for skin lightening, brightening, or to maintain dark spots or sun damage under control.

Treatment of acne Azelaic acid is highly favorable in acne treatment compared to traditional ingredients. It has anti-bacterial and comedolytic action, being very effective for all types of acne and skin impurities. It doesn’t entail adverse effects.

Control of rosacea Azelaic acid has been demonstrated to be effective in the treatment of rosacea. It actively rebalances keratinization and normalizes the skin flora.

Stimulates hair regrowth

Azelaic acid is a well-known inhibitor of 5α-reductase, stimulating hair strength, thickening and regrowth. Combinations with other hair or scalp care ingredients are possible.

Reduces redness and hyperpigmentation Thanks to its anti-inflammatory proper ties, azelaic acid decreases skin redness, improving the skin complexion and evening out skin hyperpigmentation.
